G. Perkins Part Four     "Rett?"       I look over at William. "Yeah?" He keeps his eyes trained on the stars, his fingertips absently brushing the back of my hand.  
     "Do you believe in God?"  
     I look back up at the star-lit sky. The roof of my house is grainy beneath us, wet and cool from the rain that has stopped. The clouds have disappeared for once and the stars shine brightly, surrounding the waning gibbous moon. The night breeze raises goose bumps on our arms. William and I lie next to one another, hands linked.

G. Perkins Part Three     "Two hot chocolates and a basket of chips, please," Trixie asks up at the counter. The cashier nods and announces the total. I reach for my wallet but Trixie slaps my hand. "It's my turn," is all she says. I'm about to say it was her turn the past three turns but she hands the woman a bill and it's all over. Taking our things, we go to our booth by the window.  
     "So, have you told your mum?" Trixie asks. I say nothing; just pull the chip apart in my hands. "Come on, Rett. You got to tell her sometime." I look out the window to the bleak and gray London streets.

G. Perkins Part Two     With a grin, I roll out of bed and pull up the plastic blinds. A girl looks up at me, purple lips twisted in a mischievous grin, the lip ring dancing at the corner of her mouth. Her long black nails tap on the glass repeatedly.  
     "You gonna let me in or do I wait out here in the rain?" she asks. I push the window open and step aside as she clamors in. "Ya know, those trees ain't the easiest to climb," she grumbles. I laugh.       "We have a front door, Trixie."

G. Perkins     The rain splashes against the sea of black umbrellas, gray clouds rumbling overhead. Rain washed buildings line rain flooded streets. The drab and dull once again rules the day.       At least, it thinks it does.       "'Scuse me, pardon me, comin' through!"       Black figures scamper to the side and rain water is splashed upon them. I laugh, electric blue bike streaming down the road, leaving rain soaked Londoners cursing my back.

Dashing through the snow in a winter wonderland

So I orginally was going to make this post all happy and care-free Christmas joy kinda thing but I just heard the last part of Remember the Titans when Gary dies and all my happiness got sucked outta me. Sad freakin' day.

Anyway, I am of school for 16 days (WOOHOO :boogie:) and maybe possibley I will get a scanner for christmas so that i can actually put all my new drawings up here! Of course, that is wishful thinking. But maybe... anywho, i might put up some new stories. I just finished reading Tales From the House of Moon (suggested to me by :iconwolfgrrl45: and you can find the story by reading her journal). I didn't sob like she said I would but I did get all teary-eyed. It's the first time in a looooong time I've gotten really into a fanfiction, especially Inuyasha. I used to love the show in middle school but kinda stopped watching it. But yeah. The story? FREAKIN. AWESOME. Hell, I'm thinking about writing a fanfiction of something. Not quite sure what, but I'd like to give it a go.

So, in conclusion, merry merry Christmas to all and to all a good Christmas break! :iconspazhugplz:
